Traditional ‘bubble washing‘ involves the process of mixing ice chips & cold water with trichome-rich flower, & agitating it via mechanical means to “beat” the trichomes off the plant. This is commercially done with hand agitation or a mixer (similar to that used for mixing production food or clothes).

OUR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Our method ‘Sonic Washing‘ replaces the simple agitation with a newer & more refined method; ultrasonic cavitation, which causes a more thorough, uniform, & rapid agitation of the plant material. Ultrasonic Cavitation works by vibrating a probe in the material at 20,000-40,000 times per second, creating small voids in the water. These voids rapidly expand & collapse violently, sending out shockwaves. These waves transfer to the plant material WITHOUT mashing, cutting, or bursting the material.
